Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Color Hunt/Caza Colores app, website, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Color Hunt

You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the minimum digital-consent age required where you live. If you use Color Hunt for an organization or travel group, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Accounts and guests

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials and guest access to your device secure. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe an account is compromised. Guest access is limited and may be lost if you remove the app, clear its storage, or lose the device.

Hunts and safety

Color Hunt is a game about observation, not a navigation or safety service. Stay aware of traffic, weather, private property, local rules, and your surroundings. Do not trespass, take unsafe risks, disturb people or wildlife, or use the app while driving.

Your photos and content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, resize, transmit, and show that content only as needed to operate and improve the service and to make it available to authorized hunt participants. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content, including appropriate permission when identifiable people appear.

Other participants may view or save content shared in their hunt. We cannot control copies they make after authorized access. You can delete your own photos while a hunt is active, restart a hunt to remove your town photos, or delete your account.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content. Do not harass others, impersonate someone, probe or bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or use the service to violate another person’s privacy or rights.

Third-party services and availability

Color Hunt relies on third-party authentication, hosting, database, storage, weather, and imagery services. Their availability and terms may affect the service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued, especially during early access. We may suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or preservation of every upload. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Color Hunt is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Color Hunt or delete your account at any time. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be published with a new effective date. These terms are governed by applicable law; mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
